The winter is a great time to get that roll perfected. Come practice every Sunday at Juniper Swim & Fitness from 4:05 to 6:00 p.m. in the warmth and safety of their heated pool. These sessions cost $10 or $13.50 if you live outside of the Bend Metro District. Space is limited to 13 people, and Juniper encourages paddlers to call ahead to reserve their spot: 541.389.7275.

We will be offering group Brace & Roll classes throughout the winter at the Juniper Pool, so keep your eye on our calendar for specific dates, and we'd be happy to set up a class for you any Sunday if you get a few friends together.
